We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
5. Instagram & Third-Party Integrations
By connecting your Instagram account via Facebook APIs:
- You grant us permission to access relevant data (as described in our Privacy Policy)
- You agree to comply with Instagram and Facebook terms
- You acknowledge that we are not responsible for third-party platform changes or disruptions
You can disconnect your account at any time.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Misrepresent your identity, audience, or engagement metrics
- Post or share harmful, offensive, or infringing content
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
7. Campaign Participation
- Influencers must fulfill campaign requirements honestly and within deadlines
- Brands must provide clear campaign terms and compensation details
- Social Dlite is not responsible for disputes between brands and influencers but may assist in resolution
8. Payments & Compensation
- Payment terms are agreed upon between brands and influencers
- Social Dlite may facilitate payments but is not liable for delays or disputes unless explicitly stated
- Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated
9. Intellectual Property
- Users retain ownership of their content
- By using our platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content for platform operations, analytics, and promotion
- You must not use content that infringes on others’ intellectual property rights
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
- Required by law
You may stop using our services at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
